FAQs
We facilitate your business by bringing you innovative printed boxes with extraordinary design printing.
If you find the meaning of tags in the Oxford dictionary, it informs, “a small piece of paper, cloth, plastic, etc. attached to something to identify it or give information about it.” And hanging is to attach this tag at the top or some proper place so that the lower part is hanging free to read. The hangtag is a label that you can attach to any plastic, vinyl, rubber, denim, leather, clothing products, etc.
You can differentiate between labels and tags by a string and a punch hole. Usually, labels, on the other hand do not come with strings. They are also of two types, you paste them somewhere with an adhesive, or you get sticker labels and stick them by just pulling off the paper sheet from them. We are specifically presenting all the types of paper hang tags.
We are offering four major types of hang tags for the Aussie market.
Cardboard hang tags are the most famous ones. This is a white dense paperboard material. It is plain from both sides. We can print it on either side. Usually, our clients prefer to have cardboard hang tag for the product. Because it provides them with digital picture quality, it is available in varying densities.
Kraft is one of the most famous materials across Australia. Kraft hang tag has an aura in itself. Same as cardboard, Kraft is available in a lot of densities. It comes in brown colour only. Therefore, it has colour limitations to print. Because its default colour is brown, it cannot print the famous CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) colours together.
Though the corrugated stock is mostly used for mailer boxes, when it comes to custom printed hang tags, it can sometimes be a highly effective choice. Indeed, it is all the mindfulness of the designer that conceives the utilisation of both Kraft and corrugated stocks wisely. Rigid stock or chipboard is a high-end material. It is the sublime standard of hang tags (in) Australia. This is the hardest material in the field of paperboard materials. Because it is hard in its nature, it provides a unique kind of finishing compared to the materials above. OXO Packaging makes all these four types of personalised hang tags.
Punch holes are just like the identification mark of a hang tag. We make neat cut-outs of these holes on the hang tags. The holes come in varying shapes, i.e., spherical, rectangular, and squarer. These holes provide you ease to attach the strings with them comfortably. And thus, you can hang them with any of your products, i.e., shirts, pants, trousers, bottles, etc.
Once you place the order of customised hang tags in Australia to us, we take it as our prime responsibility to deliver you the most vigorous hang tags. Strings are essential for the tags. Once the required hole is punched in them, it is the string's turn. Order us what type of strings you need? These can be any type of colour strings, i.e., green, pink, grey, white, turquoise, etc.
The uniqueness of a design is elementary. We at OXO Packaging have a tremendous team of full-time designers. They adore packaging designs. Our design services are totally free. Colours play a powerful and vital role in the appearance of a hang tag. We know what is needed to make splendid custom hang tags for you. And that’s the way we design them.
Hang tags have plenty of well-known types, as below:
Offset printed hang tags are the most famous among the whole lot. We print them with the methodology of the famous four colours of CMYK. These tags bring digital quality along with them. A large number of our clients prefer to have this type of tags. Folded hang tags have a crease in the centre or any place of the tag. Crease distributes the tag in two parts. This is how you can read them by multiply turning them. Foil is a relatively affordable feature of printing. But it gives a luxury feel to your tag.
Foil colours are available in multiple tones other than gold and silver. Spot UV is also a commendable feature. It beautifies the hang tag. You can foil print your logo, slogan, or any text on the surface. Lamination feature is available in two types, i.e., gloss and matte. Gloss provides you with a shining look on the tag, whereas the matte comes with a dull look. It is up to you what you think is better for your custom hang tag. Embossing and Debossing are two other features. They are also known as letterpress.
